Life Coaching

Life coaching is a practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals. My methodology of life coaching is based around cognitive (emotional) therapy; which is best suited to assist with generalized anxiety disorders to help clients understand:

  • Provide bird’s eye view  of the way emotions ebb(flow) due to choices, thereby facilitating a better understanding of the creation and management of emotions and choices(diagram based).
  • Provide additional personal management tools(diagram based) .
  • Set and reach goals in life categories(diagram based).
  • Provide an interaction alternative,  with others or life’s categories, which articulates personal and engagement boundaries to ensure they do not give our authentic power to others, events and optimize the way they wish to represent themselves (diagram based).

I am not therapist nor consultant.

Life coaching has its roots in executive coaching, with tools of management consulting and leadership training. Additionally, life coaching draws inspiration from disciplines including sociology, psychology, career counseling, mentoring and other types of counseling.
Schedule:

  • Initial consultation usually takes 2 hours.
  • Weekly consolations last for four to six weeks.
  • Each week homework will be given

Business Coaching

Casual business coaching is the act of providing positive support and positive feedback while offering occasional advice to an individual or group in order to help them recognize ways in which they can improve the effectiveness of their business.
Pending on the role of the employees benefits include:
  • work behavior that will improve leadership
  • employee accountability
  • teamwork
  • sales
  • communication
  • goal setting and strategic planning and more……
Business coaching has become a distinct area of practice for individuals and in organizations. Some forms of internal business coaching in organizations are already informally present; examples may include:
  • older employees were informally coach new employees regarding methods of work optimization.
  • managers (or supervisors) also act as coaches to their staff .
My methodology utilizes employees to their own life or professional experiences this includes.
  • Career planning and alignment to family requirements and expectations
  • Project and duties management.
  • Understanding where the individual liability begins and ends.
  • Networking and participation
Business coaching should be considered when business individual, unit or department is perceived to be performing badly, low moral amongst staff, increase positive empathy or aid with Human Resources department.
